I can’t recommend Lyfe Health highly enough! The entire team is incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive, making every visit a great experience. Their Pilates studio and classes are fantastic, and the gym is very well-equipped with everything you need for training and rehab. One of the standout features is their in-house MRI scanner, which allows for same-day scans with availability, an absolute game changer to get me the right diagnosis within just a few days. They also have high-level assessment and diagnostic tools like 3D movement analysis and foot scanners, which have been invaluable in my rehab journey and have actually been fun to use and find out more about my body. Whether you need physiotherapy, personal training, Pilates, or massage, this clinic is the place to go. Highly recommend!
