It was quick ,and the results were explained clearly to me
Scan.com was my option when I was experiencing severe headaches for over a year. These headaches were put down to migraines. I was not convinced so I took a private scan. the procedure was very good, everything on time and very efficient staff. some confusion over my payment, I had paid online and the hospital weren't aware of this and asked me for payment. The length of time I waited for the result was a bit of a surprise , I was telephoned 12 days after the procedure on a Sunday , I was getting a little anxious and had telephoned to chase it up a couple of times. I needed the result before I saw a specialist. However all is well and I have all the information now.
